BioLite’s HeadLamps are a reimagining of the traditional headlamp as a true wearable rather than a rigid device on a strap. Inspired by performance fabrics, the project focused on seamlessly integrating soft goods and electronics to achieve extreme comfort, stability, and a minimal profile. By relocating the battery to the rear of the head, we created one of the thinnest front enclosures in the category, while tackling challenges around cable routing, heat management, ingress protection, and adjustability.
