I led the industrial design and product development of the second iteration of Myro, the first refillable deodorant system designed to use 50% less plastic than conventional products. The redesign focused on creating a tactile, intuitive experience, with a multifunctional form that’s easy to turn, prevents rolling, and provides clear feedback when pods are locked in place. Working closely with refill vendors, we engineered fully recyclable deodorant pods compatible with a simple twist-and-dial mechanism, and refined the hardware through 20+ high-fidelity SLA prototypes to ensure the perfect fit and feel.
